Lemnis Lighting has been founded by the great grand sons of Anton Philips ( Warner Philips and Frans Otten) the founder of the Dutch multinational company active in Lighting, electronics and medical applications.

Lemnis introduced the first LED light bulb for the direct replacement of incandescent lamps in November 2006. Products for other applications such as outdoor and greenhouse lighting have also been developed and are being recognized by customers as best in class in the industry.
